Dental Pay Direct

Dental Pay Direct, a division of The Dental Shop, offers individuals the opportunity to secure dental discounts through the Referral Plan. The Referral Plan is a membership discount program that offers individuals the ability to obtain all of their dental needs through participating networks at discounted fees. You do not have to be a member of a group in order to join the Referral Plan. It is open to all individuals located anywhere in the U.S. There are no participation requirements and no age limits.

Referral Plans are the fastest growing value added benefit in the U.S. As employers are forced to reduce or eliminate insured dental plans due to increasing overall benefit costs, Referral Plans offer a solution to maintaining a valuable service to employees. Referral membership fees are very modest when compared to fully-insured dental premiums.

Below are some highlights of Dental Pay Direct’s Referral Plan:

• Large network of quality dentists nationwide
• Discounts ranging from 20% to 50% off of the dentist’s normal office charges
• All services are discounted including cosmetic procedures and Orthodontia
• Specialty dentists included
• No claim forms, deductibles or annual maximums
• No pre-existing conditions

There are three annual membership options available:

• Option 1: One Person Membership = $70 Annual Fee
• Option 2: Two Person Membership = $120 Annual Fee
  (Husband/Wife or Spouse/Child)
• Option 3: Three or More Person Membership = $150 Annual Fee
  (Husband/Wife/Children or Spouse/Children)

Each enrollee in the Referral Plan receives an Identification Card; a list of Participating Dentists; and a complete Discounted Fee Schedule.
